SNEAKERS NEVER RECEIVED AT THE JAIL

When ordered my SON was at Franklin. Once it was discovered by the co. that the White Converse were sold out , I received a phone call from the SHIPPING DEPT. i specifically informed him that my son was moved to Greene Correctional Facility. He said he knows but still sent them back to Franklin which I saw when he emailed me a copy that it was shipped to 62 Bare Hill ROAD. I also informed him that his size is 10.5 not 11.5 and that it was ok to go up one half size if 10.5 wasn't available. 11 the biggest. The boots I previously ordered were way too big.

sneaker not in stock

looked at sneakers and the ones I want were not in stock and no time as to when they would be back in stock. Was told the only were these. I order them not wanting to wait. Took over a week to ship. Very bad customer service when I called several times would not recommend ordering from this company.
