Do NOT do business with this company

They shipped my the wrong shoes. Then they made me pay to ship them back to them. Promised to let me know when my return shipment was received. Waited for 1 week AFTER UPS confirmed delivery and signature. Still no confirmation email. Now 8 days later and I still dont know IF they even have the shoes I ordered in stock or it they intend to refund my money for original purchase and return shipping. The company who accepts the returns (Emmas Premium Services) is not even the same as the company who sold me the shoes (Step Two Footwear). Very disappointed. I would rate ZERO stars if it were an option.
